Last updated: 22 June 2026. These terms explain the rules for using VoidViral, its website, dashboard and creator tools.
1. About VoidViral
VoidViral provides creator-focused tools and templates designed to help users develop content ideas, captions, hooks, faceless video plans, lead magnets and related marketing material.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend access where there is suspected misuse, fraud, security risk or breach of these terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans, founder offers and any one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices, plan features and availability are shown at checkout or on the relevant VoidViral page. Monthly plans continue until cancelled through the customer billing portal or as otherwise instructed on the service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use VoidViral to break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute harmful or deceptive content, attempt to access other users’ accounts, overload the service or interfere with website security.
5. Content and results
You are responsible for reviewing and using generated material before publishing it. VoidViral does not guarantee views, followers, leads, sales, search rankings, monetisation or viral results. Platform policies, audience response and market conditions are outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
VoidViral branding, website design, tool structure and original materials remain the property of VoidViral or its licensors. You may use generated outputs for your own lawful content and business purposes, subject to these terms and any third-party platform rules.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VoidViral is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, laws or business operations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
